Look Salon is born from the loving arms of Fig and Clover. Allegra and Lauren joined Ari here in Temescal back around 2011. Since then, the salon has been growing and changing over the years and now we have branched off and started Look!
We are located at 4709 Telegraph Ave. next door to our friends at Oakland Nail Club.

Lauren never thought she could love her job so much. She is passionate about exploring her clients' personal style and constantly pursuing outside education to bring inspiration and creative energy back into the salon.

Allegra is more of an intuitive or visual hairstylist who takes the time to truly understand her clients and create styles that feel authentic to them. She loves to do hair that is low maintenance, lived-in. Cuts and colors that feel effortless, a little messy, but intentional. She values the trust her clients place in her and takes pride in offering thoughtful, attentive services every time.

Hailing from outside of LA, Ruby has lived in the Bay Area for the past decade, and uses the creative, organic grit of Oakland as her main inspiration for doing hair. Versatility and creativity is where she thrives, having been thoroughly trained in every haircutting tool — whether it be scissors, razors, or clippers. She is a lover of art and the written word and this imaginative eye lends itself to creating any style. Her main goal is to work with the client to affirm their aesthetic, as well as enhance it.

Leslie specializes in Balayage, Blonding, & creative color. She's been a hair artist for 12 years since attending The Aveda Institute in Ann Arbor. She also enjoys razor/textured cuts like versatile shag styles, French crops, & curly layers! Her favorite part of this career is that she gets to make people feel beautiful and authentically themselves!

Sophia is a queer artist and hair stylist from LA. Her speciality is bright, vivid colors and low maintenance, wash & wear cuts that work with people’s natural texture and hair growth patterns to look great with no or minimal styling. She loves how working with hair is collaborative, like a conversation between stylist, client and the hair.
